Galaxy Builders Ltd. has valuable experience on U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funded projects. The firm’s past HUD projects have given them the framework in which to successfully navigate your HUD financed project. We have successfully used Value-Based Cost Analysis to complete over 60 large projects in Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Maryland, Georgia, Indiana, Virginia, Illinois, and the Carolinas. Our definition of Value-Based Cost Analysis, a detailed cost comparison of two or more construction systems, determined the most cost-effective methods and materials for these projects…just as it will for your project.

Conceptual Value-Based Cost Analysis - Initially, we will discuss and recommend the best possible alternatives to systems, materials, or methods and concentrate on the value we receive. Recommendations will be made on those traits we feel best suit our project.
